Sun. Oct. 3   10:00am – 5:00pm

Exhibits Hours:
Sat. Oct. 2   10am - 5pm
Sun. Oct. 3   10am - 5pm

Exhibit Break Down:
Sun. Oct. 3   5:00pm

    Standard 2-Day Exhibit Fee (10x10 Space): $175
    Premium 2-Day Exhibit Fee (10x10 End Space) $225
    Double Booth Space Exhibit Fee (10x20) $300

Exhibit Fee Includes:

  • 10x10 Exhibit Space
  • Company Name Included on Event Program/Map
  • Exhibit Sign With Company Name
  • Company Name Included on Event Website

Exhibitors must make arrangements for tents, tables, and chairs for their designated exhibit space. Exhibitors are free to bring their own or a Tent Rental Package is available for $175.

The Tent Rental Package includes:

  • 10x10 tent
  • (1) 6-ft. table with linen
  • (1) plastic folding chair
  • taxes
  • delivery
  • set-up
  • tear down
  • overnight security.

Access to electricity will NOT be provided. Exhibitors will need to arrange their own power needs. Small generators will be permitted in certain areas. Please consult with Event Planner, Karin Lindsay at klindsay@corplanservices.com for special needs.
